Carmel apple smoothie

2 cups milk
3 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt
2 red delicious apples, cored and quartered
1/4 cup caramel sauce
1/4 cup peanuts
1 banana

Blend for 30 seconds, minimum.

Serves 3.

Constant readers will notice a theme with all my smoothies...

We learned a new acro trick this week: Front roll headspring! The videos seem to be mostly martial artists, which seems funny, though coach Dan did say it's an old trick, and the younger coaches wouldn't even know it. He puts a bit of effort into finding new, interesting things for us recreational people to do.
